Which do you find easier?

Personally, getting warm is easiest and requires the least effort. Does your choice conclude your favorite type of weather? E.g mine: I love the cold because I think getting warm is easier.

As you can probably tell, I'm at work and reeeaaallly boored!

Hah, awesomely random poll.

I prefer cool conditions. I think getting warmer when you're cold requires less effort than getting colder when you're warm.

I think it depends where you are. The Sahara desert is a hard place to keep cool and Cardiff is a hard place to keep warm, but I generally prefer cool. As long as it's not cold. Middling temperatures are ok and if there's a good breeze a jumper normally keeps me at the optimum temperature.

There are so many types of warm and cold I just don't know which I prefer... I think I will have to write an essay on the 500 types of cold in Britain and how to prepare for them. I will follow this up with a 30 word statement about hot conditions in the same geographical area.

After saying that I think it's in my genes to prefer cold as otherwise my family wouldn't live here would they!

I think it's easier to get warm. But I wouldnt want to be cold unless the occasion called for it. But it seems that with a light, my computer and my TV on at the same time, my bedroom is like being in the desert. I guess I'm used to it now though so whenever I go out of my room im always freezing.

You wouldn't want to be cold in summer but I think I would want to feel the winter chill in winter, wouldn't you?

Lol doing biomedical sciences I can actually tell you which is easier on the body. :P

It probably requires a lot less energy to stay cool than it does to warm up. To warm the body up it must produce its own heat through muscle movements and increased metabolism burning off lots of energy.

To cool the body down the opposite occurs, the body vasodilates capillaries and flushes the skin with blood to lose heat to the surroundings. It won't necessarily cool you down as fast as the other method heats you up but it certainly requires a lot less effort.

ARGH REVISION IS KILLING MY BRAIN - CAN'T STOP THINKING SCIENCE >_<
