I got cramp x2 in my right calf this morning and hurt my voice screaming in agony, funnily enough no one heard me, rofl. Just thought if anyone had some good stories / places they had cramp they could share here.
Because I bloody hate the thing!

I got cramp in my leg in bed, panicked... cried a little bit inside, then stuck my foot out with enough force to ninja cramp kick my book shelf into bits. I was not amused.

In the foot is the worst place I find. If I'm in bed and curl up my toes I get it automatically. Mind you it wakes you up quick in the morning as I gotta stand on it to un-cramp it.

Hell yeah, it's what woke me up thismorning, the only thing it's good for mind you. I hate it when you stretch and then get it, it's like the body saying, hahahahahaha don't think your doing that again! lolIn the foot is the worst place I find.
