In my opinion, Bill from the second Kill Bill film put it best when he said that Superman is a better hero because to be one of us he has to dress up to be Clark Kent; Superman is always Superman where as Batman has to put on a costume to become a superhero.

Put them both in a cage fight, Superman would whoop Batman's big ass!!

Batman by far, lol.

I like Batman for the same reason that I like Ironman - they didn't just get born with powers, they used their skills, ingeniuity, knowledge and training. Effort ftw.

Batman all the way to bank. Superman is way too powerful to be interesting. Not only can the guy fly (faster than the speed of light or something according to film where he turns back time...) but he has super strength, laser/x-ray vision, is bulletproof AND has super hearing. Anything else you wanna add to his ablilities? Maybe the power to NOT dress up like a gay?

Anyway my point is YES Superman is more powerful, but that doesn't make him a better hero. In fact, having less "superhuman" power makes Batman more of a hero, since he shares the same limits as normal people, but like Reaver says, uses his extra "skills, ingeniuity, knowledge and training" to overcome them and save the day. True heroics FTW.

Gonna have to be Batman, for two reasons thusly:

Superman is the only superhero that will stand there being shot, with bullets pinging off his chest, and then duck when they throw the gun at him. The guy's clearly retarded or something.

Secondly, he's been on Earth like what, 20 years now, and he still doesn't have an inch of fashion sense.

The HULK has more fashion sense for Christ's sake.
