Although I haven't got or used one myself, it does look quite similar to the DeathAdder (which is what I use), except it has all those macro buttons on the side.

If it's anything like the DeathAdder, it'll be very good. I've never found a mouse that beats the DeathAdder in terms of comfort or performance.

The reason I think this mouse is almost a must (or similar multi buttoned mouse) is needed in GW2 is that as the comat is much more dynamic meaning nearly all of the skills can be used on the move and you can dodge and positioning is very important. Now depending on how you bind your keys to your skills their may be tims when you hav to take a finger that would be controling your movement to use a skill. Now I realise that there are only 10 skills you can use at a time so you don't have a lot of skill to bind to your keyboard but if you are say an engineer you have your toolbelt skills so I would guess having to Shift-number or Control-number certain skills (is how I nomally bind them) this will at certain times cause you to stop moving for a second or to putting you at a disadvantage. Now this may just be my play style. But I still think having all or most of your skills binded to your mouse can only be a good thing. In other MMO's a lot of skills required you to stand there and nuke but in GW2 we know this is not the case.

Edit - I believe they use the F1-F5 keys for some skills but my point still stands I think

I've got the Naga, the molten edition. I haven't had alot of experience with it for MMO's but it is a very nice mouse. It fit's really well in your hand but it does feel a little small when you first use it but you soon get used to that. The sides buttons are surprisingly easy to get used too, using it for an hour or so should be all it takes I've used mine mostly for choosing units in SC2 and that works fine for me. The bottom 3 buttons are a little out of reach if you have a big hand but not too much and you should be able to get to them fine. The only real problem that I had it was the position of the forward and back buttons for browsing, they are on the end of the LMB and I've fount then difficult to get use, not so much now but yeah. But if that really is a big issue for you, you could always just rebind them to the numbered buttons.
It's also a very responsive mouse, not majorly a factor for MMO's but if you play other types of games then yeah.

I would recommend it if you've got the money, but I would see if you could find someone who has it or a shop with it on display just to see how it feels in your hand.

Nice mouse, but I think GW2 is the MMO that requires the fewest buttons, so I think I should be fine with rebinding the ~15 skills on keys around ASDW.

I have always been using the G5, and now I'm currently using the follow up of the G5, of Logitech. The G500. I have always liked the mouse, and I still do.

I'm using a Razer deathadder now (awesome mouse), but my previous one was a G5. Near the end of its life it started temporarily disconnecting in intense moments of combat. It was the most rage-inducing thing imaginable.
