I'll skip the boring intro and head straight to the relevant information.

What i have now:
http://www.logitech....less-mouse-m510
It is comfortable and it works fine, but the side buttons are starting to break.

What i'd like:
Wireless or cord, doesnt really matter. Comfort and precision is pretty much what i want. Side buttons = also a must, but i don't need anything like the Razer Naga (aka 1000 buttons).

Why i ask you guys:
Simple. I don't trust product reviews and im highly sceptical when it comes to buyer reviews. I trust you guys a lot more than the rest of the internets.

Thank you for your time

Not an issue.

I swear by the razer stuff. I have a naga just now which i'm more than happy with (you might not think you'll need the 12 buttons but they seem to sneak into play). Before that was a razer copperhead. Lovely mouse and 2 side buttons. Both mice very comfortable.

DeathAdder is the best mouse I've used, so if you don't want tons of buttons then that's what I'd recommend.

I got my Lachesis 4 years ago and still works like a charm. It's a bidextrous mouse and has two buttons on each side + two small was behind the mousewheel.
Quite nice for keybinding stuff.

EDIT: I actually still have my old copperhead lying about. I'd swap you it for some gems as long as you don't mind unclogging the bbq sauce and spunk.

i have a naga and i can't moan at all about it.Great mouse and easy to use, took me a couple of days to get use to and then the muscle memory set in on the 12 side buttons.
Thought i would struggle as in have rather large fingers compared to most people and i would be hitting 2 buttons at once but i don't and i was rather suprised.

If i had excess money i d buy myself a few extra copperhead mice - AFAIK they don't make em anymore. I ve had one for about 5 years and replaced it with another 2 years ago. Last one the store had. Paid full price. Fucking worth it.

Thirded... Comfortable, Two Side Buttons, and glowing bling! Also the newer one is 3500dpi.

Make sure you get a decent mousepad as well if you don't already have one.

I do agree that the DeathAdder is a great mouse for its price. I have never owned one but I used them at some LAN events and I can't say I found them frustrating in any way (which I usually do when I am forced to change my mouse).

My own mouse however is the Logitech G700, I would recommend this to anyone with total confidence.
My overall review on it would be:

Pros:
  • Extremely precise tracking
  • Wireless and Wired
  • Fully adjustable buttons and macros (good software support)
  • Up to 1000Hz sampling rate on wireless (it is more than most USB2 wired mice)
  • Lots of buttons in comfortable positions
Cons:
  • The wire is a bit thick and rigid
  • Low battery life if used on max sampling rate (about 3 hours, rechargeable while playing however)
  • A bit lighter than expected from high end mouse nowadays
Good luck with your "mouse pursuit" mate, hope you can find the one that is best for you.

Cyborg R.A.T series are great for all levels of budgets. I use a RAT 5 and i love it, i very much dislike Razer mice due to the texture of the coating they have on their mice. After prlonged gaming your hand gets all sweaty and the mice gets sticky and uncomfortable. RAT mice are very nice and have features to change setting on the size of the mouse to help fit better to your hand. I have as many buttons as i need, and the mouse just looks badass :D

side programable scroll is awesome.
