This one is deserving of more explanation, it might not be so immediately emotionally inspiring a song but for me the music video plays into it as well, the beginning is clips from a chap called Joseph Kittingers skydive, who currently holds the world records for highest, fastest, and longest skydive, all in one jump. He essentially took a balloon to the edge of space, and then jumped back to Earth (a 19 mile fall). That combined with the complete change of rhythm at 1.43 just makes this song amazing to me. Try playing this loud in your car on a late night drive and not telling me it makes the evening

I wouldn't say this one gets me pumped, but it always sets a good rhythm going for working along to it

Instant smile making music.

Alright for this you probably have to be a Floyd fan as well, but the first 1.30 of this song, and in particular the first two lines two me have always been the absolute epitome of a heavy, dark, oppressing song.
I'm aware I'm deviating wildly from the theme of 'pumped up' but I've always loved this song as well. The theme of just wanting a relationship to be absolutely simple, no drama, no hassle, no ulterior motives, and no reason for being together other than because you want to be together is one that most people can relate to.
Swerving wildly back onto the 'pumped up' theme...
Another wild swerve back onto trip hop, this one I pick mainly because I see a lot of DnB / Rap / Dubstep which samples massively from other media but does so completely unartfully, just randomly shoving a passage anywhere into a quiet period in the song; whereas I've always found the extensive quotes used in this song to match in perfectly.

I just love every layer of this song

Another one from the dark section, the 'rolling' bass of this song is amazing to me

Finally the song I've been listening to most lately, this isn't actually the music video for the song (it doesn't have one) but I just think it fits it incredibly well

I really must stop staying up so late to let my tired mind ramble out such a massive damn post.
Btw Dark apparently the forum software won't let you link more than 5 'media' elements in one post, not sure if that's intentional or not but it seems a rather small number either way.

I also like eminem cinderella man and im not afraid
and this EPIC norn theme:
If I'm not high after all those, then either someone has died, or I didn't get a beta invite...
*update* I didn't get a beta invite. I was right. The music didn't work. In fact, the Norn theme actually made it worse.

Even 5 is pushing it imo; that allows for 60 videos to be embedded in a single page of a thread. Issues could range from a slow loading page, to the page not loading at all, to the browser crashing completely.

I probably won't make much sense but for me, music is all about the emotions it makes you feel and the mood your in. Mostly I use music to get me pumped / enraged e.c.t and I thought it would be nice to see if anyone had any favorite tracks they use when they are on a kill spree / excersising anything really apart from chilling out!
im a dancer, i dance to hip-hop and dubstep mainly, your words tho are 100% i feel the music when i dance, if i don't feel it i don't dance/like it, simple really. i listen to music to make me happy/pumped and everything, depends on my mood or what mood i want to get into

I am really picky that way with what works and what doesn't. Some music (e.g. Slither by velvet revolver), sort of worked, but was always missing something.. the imagery wasn't good enough.
ok this sounds too weird now so I'll end it here.
