Reports emerging that Team Viewer has potentially been hacked, numerous reports of people having Passwords stolen and even claims of Bank Accounts emptied.

Use it on my LAN but not exposed to Internet thankfully. Hope no-one here affected.

I've been suspicious of some of my teamviewer pc's for a while now, wierd stuff happening

Chuey, not sure you can be safe? Teamviewer requires Internet access to work, full stop. I know you can use it with private ip addresses, but surely you still have an active teamviewer Id?

There is a LAN only setting that allows connections without being logged in. I know what you mean though hard to be 100% safe.
